A high quality, easy to use research service with exceptional training and customer services back up and support. Key benefits and features include:
- Online and offline client specific product and fund research
- Quality product research collected directly from product providers in the form of product brochures, KFDs and policy documents - supported by a team of 40+ researchers
- Brochure comparisons - allowing advisers to compare up to 4 products features side by side - particularly good for critical illness
- Data comparisons - allowing advisers to compare product data features like for like up to a maximum of 4 products
- Sift criteria - allowing advisers to add products in to the research that did not match the criteria and find out how and why that product failed (produces a ticks and crosses spreadsheet)
- Customer services support from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday

Synaptics
The ‘Synaptic Manager’ software suite encompasses three core modules; for product research, fund analysis and client relationship management.
The research module offers client focused research as well as the ability to conduct detailed product by product comparisons. The system also gives you the freedom to create suitability reports.
The cost of this software is £60 per month excluding VAT for Product Manager, based on a one user license. Each additional user on a license is charged at £5 per month. The standard market price of Product Manager is £133 per month excluding VAT.
An application fee of £125 (usually £225) per location is charged for every Product Manager license, this includes one person’s “hands on” training.

The Exchange is the industry’s common trading platform, designed specifically for use by the Independent Financial Adviser community. It allows advisers to generate fully compliant quotations on a variety of financial products from the UK’s leading life assurance companies and provides the ability to transact electronic new business.

In December of 2006, Trigold announced the acquisition of Dashboard, the leading supplier of sales workflow systems for packagers, brokers, lenders and networks. The combined business will offer a unified, end-to-end solution, which manages the sale from the broker’s desktop through to application submission. The system covers the complete client and product cycle from enquiry through to case completion and commission reconciliation including workflow management and CRM.

We have established an exclusive partnership with Experian to deliver an Electronic Identity Check system for our clients.
E-identify check provides a means of complying with industry guidance on money laundering by providing a comprehensive customer verification process. The key to this capability is its access to the 440 million consumer information records in Experian’s database which is the largest in the UK. Using the Tenet Group brand power, we have successfully negotiated a fantastic deal, which removes all up front costs, leaving a modest transaction cost for each individual search:
- NO setup fee (Experian Standard pricing: £1000)
