Assistance with completion of FSA forms
If you are new to direct regulation we will go through the complete FSA application form with you and provide supporting documents and templates to ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible.
Assistance in setting up new agencies or transferring existing agencies
As soon as you join Tenet Support Services, we will inform providers of the change to ensure you have access to our enhanced rates immediately.
Initial Business Set-up visit
We will organise an Initial Business Set-up visit which includes:
- Guidance on Senior Management Systems & Controls
- Awareness of all key compliance issues
- Implementation of a T&C scheme
- Explanation of supporting documents and templates
- Demonstration of the on-line Client extranet

Annual audits covering compliance, training & competence and business development
When you join us, you will have access to leading regulatory experts and award winning business development team. Our annual audits are conducted by Compliance professionals, in line with the Regulator's requirements.
Assistance with FSA visit
We provide full end to end support with any FSA visits, which can include onsite representation from Tenet Support Services on the day of visit if required.
Compliance Helpdesk support
You will have immediate access to our helpdesk when you join us, which includes guidance on all regulatory issues including the review of financial promotions, information on regulatory changes, regular briefing notes and newsletters.
Comprehensive Training & Competence Scheme
Our Training & Competence Scheme is a practical guide to the Regulator’s requirements resulting in better qualified, more professional advisers making a greater contribution to your business.
We help install a suitable T&C scheme and then assist in making sure you develop your staff to their full potential. Specific training courses and workshops are also available to clients on a regular basis.
You will also receive T&C documentation, updates and access to our Helpdesk.
Management and business procedures
You must document the procedures you adhere to for all functions, including recruitment of new advisers, complaints, contingency plans for the business, money laundering and so on. Again we can provide you with appropriate documents and stationery.
Financial promotions (all areas of advertisement)
